通过对神话的再诠释和再利用的方法,有些神话尽管是在今日世界里采集的内容,也可以作为神话之发源地合法性的依据,并且被轻易地实践于地方文化再构建的过程之中,其方法大致可用“向后看”的历史还原法和“向前看”的现实建构法来概括。这种神话的“地方化”倾向,如以绍兴地区的创世神话文本“盘古开辟天地”和“女娲造人”为事例,可见主要是通过“文本语言残留的地方化痕迹”以及“神话解析内容的地方化表现”这两个方面,对神话进行诠释和利用,以此表现出在强化地方文化认同中创世神话的被“地方化”的现象。
