目的:进一步研究椿皮中三氯甲烷部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、HP-20和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段对三氯甲烷萃取部分进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析(1H-NMR,13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从三氯甲烷萃取部分分离6个化合物。分别鉴定为白桦酸(1),α-香树脂醇(2),6α-Hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(3),2α,3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4),β-谷甾醇(5),熊果酸(6)。结论:化合物1,2,3,4,6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To further study the chemical constituents of chloroform in chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods: The chloroform extract was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, HP-20 and Sephadex LH-20, and identified by 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the chloroform fraction. (2), 6α-Hydroxylup-20 (29) -en-3-on-28-oic acid (3), 2α, 3β-dihydroxyurs-12-en -28-oic acid (4), β-sitosterol (5), ursolic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1,2,3,4,6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
