由于我国大规模开展地铁建设的时间不长,盾构管片接缝长期防水问题还没有引起足够的重视。现有的盾构隧道后期维护中也逐渐出现了隧道接缝渗漏现象,严重影响工程安全。针对盾构管片接缝常用的防水弹性密封垫材料———三元乙丙橡胶,开展了恒定压缩永久变形和老化等长期防水性能试验研究。研究结果表明,橡胶的老化系数在0.9以上,恒定永久压缩应变小于15.4%,盾构隧道应用的弹性密封垫防水材料具有良好的长期的防水性能。在此基础上,分析了钱塘江越江隧道冲刷后纵向回弹变形引起的隧道环向接缝张开后的管片接缝防水性能,能够满足钱塘江最高水位时的隧道接缝防水要求。
Due to the large-scale subway construction in our country is not long, long-term waterproofing of shield seams has not attracted sufficient attention. The leakage of tunnel seams gradually appears in the existing post-maintenance of shield tunnels, which seriously affects the safety of the project. Aiming at the waterproofing elastic gasket material --- EPDM rubber, which is commonly used in the joints of shield pipe joints, the long-term waterproofing performance tests such as constant compression set and aging are carried out. The results show that the aging coefficient of rubber is above 0.9, and the constant permanent compressive strain is less than 15.4%. The elastic gasket waterproof material used in shield tunnels has good long-term water-proof property. On this basis, the water-proof performance of the seams of the seams after the annular hoop of the tunnel is opened due to the longitudinal rebound deformation of the Qiantang River cross-river tunnel after scouring is analyzed, and the waterproofing requirements of the tunnel seams at the highest water level of the Qiantang River can be met.
