采用热膨胀法研究了Mo、B、V对Q460耐火钢静态CCT曲线的影响,通过观察不同冷速下的显微组织变化确定各个相变区间及转变规律。结果表明,3种耐火钢的相变规律基本一致。随冷却速度的提高,发生准多边形铁素体→粒状贝氏体→板条贝氏体→马氏体的转变。但含B系耐火钢由于含B钢的强淬透性,扩展了贝氏体转变区间,低冷速下就能够获得贝氏体组织。高Mo系和V系耐火钢的相变规律比较相似,但在不同的冷速时存在差别。
The effects of Mo, B and V on the static CCT curves of Q460 refractory steel were investigated by thermal expansion method. The phase transitions and transformation rules of each phase were determined by observing the microstructural changes under different cooling rates. The results show that the phase transition law of the three kinds of refractory steel is basically the same. With the increase of cooling rate, the transformation of quasi- polygonal ferrite → granular bainite → lath bainite → martensite takes place. However, B-containing refractory steel due to the strong hardenability of B steel, expanding the bainite transformation range, low cooling rate to be able to obtain bainite. The phase transition law of high Mo and V series refractory steel is similar, but there are differences in different cooling rates.
