风湿性心脏病,目前虽可进行瓣膜手术治疗,但由于设备要求高,手术难度大,内科治疗仍是极为重要的手段。现将我院1965～1981年收治的风心病,选择其资料较完整的1077例进行分析,并对心衰治疗的有关问题作初步探讨。临床资料一、性别与年龄:男性404例,占37.5％,女性673例,占62.5％,男女之比为1:1.67,与国内资料接近。按年龄分组统计,最小12岁,最大87岁,平均年龄31岁,其中40岁以下患者 Although rheumatic heart disease is currently available for valve surgery, medical treatment is still an extremely important tool because of the high equipment requirements and the difficulty of surgery.
