高海拔地区健康儿童心电向量图国内尚未见有报导。本文报导了海拔4080米甘德县地区66例健康儿童的心电向量图,并与平原地区(杭州市区——海拔15米)健康儿童心电向量图进行了对比分析。此二组儿童均经过详细的体格检查以及心电图、超声心动图、X线拍片等排除了器质性心脏病者。使用仪器为日本光电公司MVC——40A型心电向量图机。电极的连接系采用Frank体系导联的连结法,分别记录P环、
Healthy children in high altitude ECG vector diagram has not been reported in the country. This article reports 66 cases of healthy children in Gande County, 4080 meters above sea level, and compares them with the electrocardiogram of healthy children in plain area (Hangzhou - 15 meters above sea level). The two groups of children after a detailed physical examination and ECG, echocardiography, X-ray film excluded organic heart disease.
