颈性眩晕为一综合证,常由椎一基底动脉系统供血不足或颈部反射异常所致。由于眩晕为本病的主要症状,在其发作时常伴有耳鸣、进行性耳聋、头痛、意识障碍及视症状(复视、视力减退等),因此本病常辗转于内科、神经科、骨科、眼科及耳科之间,如诊断疏忽,常易造成误诊及漏诊。本文就作者自1978年1月至1981年6月收集本病40例并予临床分析如下。 临床资料 一、性别与年龄:男性28例,女性12例。年龄自29~68岁,其中40~50岁28例占70%。
