春桥乡农机站有一台2105型柴油机,在中修后的七天内,连续发生了四次故障,造成一次气门扭弯、一次摇臂折断,两次活塞被打坏。本文将这四次故障记叙如下: 第一次故障 2105型柴油机在中修时,更换了两个旧活塞和气门及气门导管,机油也换了。装配时均按操作规程进行,各部位的间隙亦都正确。装好试运转5分钟后没听到任何异响,但带负荷运转20分钟左右,柴油机出现功率下降,转而就熄灭了,这就是第一次故障。检查后发现第一缸进气门小头扭弯,当时误认为是由于气门质量问题所致,于是就换上了一个新气门。第二次故障换上新气门后,又按要求调整了气门间隙,接着就进行试运转。试运转5分钟后,也未听到任何异响,柴油机运转状况良好。但带负荷运转20分钟
