针对解决重大昂贵装备修复技术,提出了激光再制造技术概念,它由三维激光成形光束头、三维激光涂敷系统、CAD/CAM软件、专用材料工艺、控制检测系统等组成。对比研究了激光修复与常规修复材料特性,并展望了激光修复的若干工业应用前景。
In order to solve the major and expensive equipment repair technology, the concept of laser remanufacturing technology is proposed. It consists of three dimensional laser beam forming head, three dimensional laser coating system, CAD / CAM software, special material technology and control testing system. The characteristics of laser repairing and conventional repairing materials were compared and the prospect of some industrial applications of laser repairing was prospected.
