目的 探讨上睑皮肤松垂症的病理特征和美容外科治疗方法。方法 按照切开法重睑成形术设计手术切口 ;将脱垂的泪腺复位于眶外上方的泪腺窝内 ,然后酌情去除上睑松弛之皮肤和部分眼轮匝肌 ,以及疝出之眶隔脂肪 ,并形成满意的重睑形态。结果 自 1998～ 2 0 0 2年 ,共治疗 2 3例 4 6只眼 ,临床症状明显改善或消失 ,重睑形态满意。结论 对上睑皮肤松垂症应有全面认识 ,治疗重点是泪腺的复位和眼睑形态的重新塑造 ;同期行重睑成形术 ,可实现功能治疗与美容效果的双重目的。
Objective To investigate the pathological features of blepharoptosis and cosmetic surgical treatment. Methods According to incision eyelid plasty design surgical incision; prolapse of the lacrimal gland in the laryngeal fossa retrogression above the orbital fossa, and then, as appropriate, to remove the upper eyelid relaxation of the skin and part of the orbicularis muscle, and orbital fat hernia , And form a satisfactory double eyelid morphology. Results From 1998 to 2002, a total of 23 cases (46 eyes) were treated. The clinical symptoms improved or disappeared, and the morphology of double eyelid was satisfactory. Conclusions There should be a comprehensive understanding of upper eyelid skin ptosis. Treatment focuses on the reset of the lacrimal gland and the remodeling of eyelid morphology. Double eyelid plasty is performed in the same period to achieve the dual purpose of functional therapy and cosmetic effects.
