医疗卫生行业的发展水平直接关系到人们的身体健康,所以需要加强规范化管理,提高整体水平。在医疗卫生行业中,人力资源管理工作发挥着重要的作用,对人员的优化配置,能够最大程度的发挥出人本效应,有效的促进医疗卫生产业的发展。文章对医疗卫生行业中人力资源管理工作存在的问题进行了分析,进而提出了解决的对策,对于对于提高医疗卫生水平具有重要的意义。
The level of development of the health care industry is directly related to people’s health, so we need to strengthen standardized management and raise the overall level. In the health care industry, human resources management plays an important role. With the optimal allocation of personnel, it can exert the human-oriented effect to the maximum extent and effectively promote the development of the healthcare industry. The article analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in the medical and health care industry and puts forward some countermeasures which are of great significance to improve the level of medical and health care.
