以铁尾矿砂代替天然河砂拌制混凝土,通过拔出试验研究变形钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土之间的粘结性能.制作12组铁尾矿砂混凝土拔出试件,分析其在不同混凝土强度等级(C20、C30、C40)和不同钢筋直径(12 mm、16 mm、20 mm、25 mm)下的平均粘结应力(τ)-滑移(s)曲线,在此基础上研究变形钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结性能,并与普通混凝土相对应的性能进行比较.试验结果表明,钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结性能略优于普通混凝土,铁尾矿砂可以替代普通河砂制作混凝土,所得结论为铁尾矿砂的工程应用提供理论参考.
The iron tailing sand was used to replace the natural river sand to mix the concrete and the pullout test was conducted to study the bond performance between the deformed steel and the iron tailing sand concrete. Twelve sets of iron tailings sand concrete were taken out and the specimens were analyzed for their strength at different concrete levels The average bond stress (τ) - slippage (s) curves for different reinforcement diameters (C20, C30, C40) and different reinforcement diameters (12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm) The results show that the bond performance of steel bar and iron tailings sand is slightly better than that of ordinary concrete, iron tailings sand can replace common river sand to make concrete, The conclusion provides a theoretical reference for engineering application of iron tailings.
