中小型水库在农业生产和人民生活用水方面起着重要的作用。但一直以来,我国的中小型水库普遍存在着年久失修、水库工程管理不严、管理技术和力量不足等各种问题。本文着重探讨中小型水库工程管理中存在的问题及分析其应对措施。 Small and medium-sized reservoirs play an important role in agricultural production and people’s living water use. However, all along, various problems such as long-term disrepair, inadequate management of reservoir engineering, management techniques and lack of power have been widespread in small and medium-sized reservoirs in our country. This article focuses on the problems existing in the management of small and medium-sized reservoirs and analyzes their countermeasures.
