在当前教育战线面临着把德育放在首位、全面提高教育质量、深化教育改革的新形势下,师德问题已成为一个重要课题摆在我们面前。《中共中央关于改革和加强中小学德育工作的通知》(以下简称《通知》)中指出:“在学校教育中要把‘教书’与‘育人’统一起来。要强调全体教师和职工都是德育工作者,都要在不同的岗位上担负起育人的职责。”这是党和政府对我们教育工作者的高度信任的殷切期望。今天,在师德这一课题上,我觉得将它与德育工作者联系起来,进行研究、讨论,对于我们在师德建设上不断迈出自我教育的新步伐,是十分必要的。
In the current situation in which the education front faces the moral education in the first place, the overall improvement of the quality of education, and the deepening of educational reforms, the issue of teacher ethics has become an important topic before us. “The Central CPC Committee’s Circular on Reforming and Strengthening Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools” (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”) states: “In school education, we must unite ’teaching’ and ’education’. We must emphasize that all teachers and employees are Moral education workers must assume the responsibility of educating people in different positions.” This is the ardent expectation of the party and government for our educators’ high trust. Today, on the topic of teacher morality, I feel that it is necessary to link it with moral education workers and carry out research and discussion. This is a necessary step for us to constantly take a new step of self-education in the construction of teachers’ morality.
