硬脂酸钡中毒临床上比较少见,现将我院收治的8例硬脂酸钡中毒报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 8例中,男5例,女3例,年龄17～45岁。均进食含有硬脂酸钡的饺子(误将硬脂酸钡粉面当作面粉掺入饺子皮中),其中进食后1/2小时发病4例,1小时3例,2小时1例。 1.2 症状和体征 8例均有头晕、乏力、恶心呕吐、心悸、全身麻木。复视1例,腹泻3例,呼吸困难2例,发绀1例,心动过速4例,房颤2例,病初高血压3例。 1.3 主要实验室及器械检查 于清水洗胃后查心电图示:8例均有低钾表现,窦性心动过速4例,房颤2例,频发室性早搏3例,心室内传导阻滞1例。血糖、肾功能、血钠氯钙8例均正常,ALT轻度增高5例,γ-GT轻度增高3例。血钾8例均低,其中4例<2.5mmol/L,4例在2.5～3.1mmol/L,8例进食的饺子皮中硬脂酸钡的含量未予测定。
Barium stearate clinically rare, now admitted to our hospital 8 cases of barium stearate poisoning reported below. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 8 cases, 5 males and 3 females, aged 17 to 45 years. All of them were fed dumplings containing barium stearate (barium stearate powder was mistakenly mixed into flour dumplings). Among them, 4 cases developed after 1/2 hours of feeding, 3 cases in 1 hour and 1 case in 2 hours. 1.2 Symptoms and signs of 8 cases have dizziness, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, heart palpitations, general numbness. One case of diplopia, 3 cases of diarrhea, 2 cases of dyspnea, cyanosis in 1 case, tachycardia in 4 cases, 2 cases of atrial fibrillation, 3 cases of early hypertension. 1.3 The main laboratory and equipment inspection After cleaning water in the stomach check ECG: 8 cases showed hypokalemia, sinus tachycardia in 4 cases, 2 cases of atrial fibrillation, frequent premature ventricular contractions in 3 cases, intraventricular conduction block 1 case. Blood glucose, renal function, serum sodium and calcium chloride were normal in 8 cases, ALT mild increase in 5 cases, γ-GT mild increase in 3 cases. 8 cases of serum potassium were low, of which 4 cases <2.5mmol / L, 4 cases in the 2.5 ~ 3.1mmol / L, 8 cases of eating dumpling skin barium stearate content was not determined.
