OBJECTIVE: To provide a scientific basis for predicting and monitoring high-risk drivers in train drivers, discussing the physiological-psychological model of safety-type train drivers, and formulating qualified drivers selection and evaluation criteria. Methods: The law, cause and risk factors of 2060 drivers and 8601 driving accidents in 11 depots between 1985 and 1993 were investigated. Paired surveys and social, psychological, behavioral, and physiological tests were conducted. Multivariate analysis. Results: Driver psychomotor function, nerve type, culture, intelligence, reaction time, visual acuity, emotion, personality, sleep and fatigue have a significant impact on driving safety. Conclusion: The good physiological-psychological quality of drivers has a significant impact on driving safety and provides a safety-driver physiological-psychological model.
