蔡司Theo 020光学经纬仪，采用弹片元件空气阻尼的自动整平装置，阻尼盒与阻尼塞之间间隙很小，但要求周围均匀，才不致相碰，因此调整颇感困难。用光隙法调整阻尼盒，可达到既简捷又理想的效果。现就此类结构用光隙法调整阻尼盒，作一简单介绍：1．用金属板做一块与020经纬仪左支架盖板同样大小的盖板作助调器（图1）。2．在φ9.2mm孔中装上一个6V、5W的灯泡，接上电线，注意灯泡顶至盖板的距离应小于14毫米，以免碰坏棱镜。
