引进,推广和应用数控技术,开展数控技术的科研和生产是我国技术改造的一个既经济又有效的途径。因此,笔者就我厂用数控技术自制火焰切割机,以及火焰切割机在工作中所出现的故障是如何排除的略谈一下自己的体会。本文共分两部分:第一部分简要的叙述西班牙 FAGOR 数控系统的概况及组成,用西班牙 FAGOR 数控系统8025自制火焰切割机其电器控制柜(强电部分)的制作。第二部分较为详细的介绍 FAGOR 系统8025M 火焰切割机在工作中出现的故障是如何解决的。
