通过金相、硬度、X线衍射、电子探针、耐磨性、抗咬合、抗回火稳定性等试验,研究了4Cr3Mo2NiVNb钢(简称HD钢)的离子轰击化学热处理。结果表明,HD钢具有良好的离子化学热处理工艺性,离子渗N、离子N-C及离子S-N-C共渗都能大幅度地提高表面硬度、耐磨性、抗咬合性和抗回火稳定性,可望能显著提高HD钢模具的使用寿命。
The ion bombardment chemical heat treatment of 4Cr3Mo2NiVNb steel (referred to as HD steel) was studied by means of metallography, hardness, X-ray diffraction, electron probe, wear resistance, anti-bite and anti-tempering stability. The results show that HD steel has good ion chemical heat treatment process, ion osmosis N, ionic NC and ionic SNC osmosis can greatly improve the surface hardness, wear resistance, seizure resistance and tempering stability is expected HD steel mold can significantly improve the service life.
