机器磨损微粒分析技术,目前在港机内燃机的状态监测与故障诊断中得到应用,对磨损型故障的监测尤为可取。然而,目前常用的机器油底壳微粒的单一测试方法,限于微粒的相关性差和分析的方式方法问题,使故障反映模糊而漏判或误断。 因此,要从两个渠道测试机器的微粒,并建立微粒的正常量值趋势直线进行双轨式分析。
The machine wear particle analysis technology is applied in the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the internal combustion engine of a port aircraft. It is particularly desirable to monitor the wear fault. However, the commonly used method for testing the oil sump particles is limited to the problem of poor correlation and analysis of the particles, so that the fault reflection is vague or missing or misjudged. Therefore, two-lane analysis of the machine’s particles from both sources and the establishment of the tendency of normal values of the particles should be carried out in a straight line.
