本文报告18例需置起搏器患者的血液动力学测定结果,提示心室起搏在70~100ppm范围时心排血量(CO)随起搏频率增加而渐增,3例肺毛细血管楔嵌压(PCWP)较自身对照值升高,1例右房压(RAP)明显升高。与心室起搏比较,心房及房室顺序起搏在增加 CO、降低 PCWP 和RAP 等血液动力学效应方面均优于前者。对11例置入 SWING 100—SSIR 型起搏器患者随访表明,频率应答式起搏有益于改善心脏功能和提高生活质量。
This paper reports the results of 18 patients with pacemakers required hemodynamic analysis, suggesting that ventricular pacing in the 70 ~ 100ppm range of cardiac output (CO) increased with increasing pacemaker frequency, 3 cases of pulmonary capillary wedge inlay Pressure (PCWP) was higher than the control value, a case of right atrial pressure (RAP) was significantly higher. Compared with ventricular pacing, atrial and atrioventricular pacing in the increase of CO, lower PCWP and RAP and other hemodynamic effects were better than the former. Follow-up of 11 patients with SWING 100-SSIR type pacemaker showed that frequency-responsive pacing was beneficial in improving cardiac function and improving quality of life.
