本文主要探讨的是笔者在多年《海商法》教学研究过程中关于课程教学改革的一些经验和设想。在我校“三海一核”特色办学理念指导下,笔者认为应实行《海商法》分级教学模式,即针对法学专业本科生、硕士研究生和非法学专业本科生分别开设具有不同教学内容重点、不同教学目标以及不同教学手段的海商法课程,有针对性地进行教学。本文首先阐述了“三海一核”特色办学理念下研究《海商法》课程教学改革的意义,然后重点论述了《海商法》分级教学模式的内容,最后提出了一些该课程改革的其他设想。
This article mainly discusses some author’s experiences and assumptions on course teaching reform in the course of teaching and research of Maritime Law for many years. Guided by our school’s concept of “Three Seas, One Nuclear”, the author believes that the “Maritime Law” should be implemented in a hierarchical teaching mode, that is, for undergraduates of law major, graduate students and undergraduates of illegitimate majors should set up different teaching contents Focus, different teaching objectives and different teaching methods of maritime law courses, targeted teaching.
