将玉米芯、甘蔗渣、椰子纤维和花生壳4种粤西地区资源丰富的农林废弃物分别与消毒鸡粪按1∶1的比例进行混合发酵腐熟形成4种基质:SA(玉米芯+鸡粪)、SB(甘蔗渣+鸡粪)、SC(椰子纤维+鸡粪)、SD(花生壳+鸡粪),以4种基质为研究对象,运用单形重心设计基质配方方法,根据有机基质∶无机基质=2∶1的体积比例,将腐熟的4种基质按照不同体积比例和无机基质(V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1∶1)混合配制成15个栽培基质配方;并以砖红壤、砖红壤+复合肥、V草炭∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=4∶1∶1 3组为对照组,测定基质理化性质,比较分析不同基质配方下复羽叶栾树幼苗生长情况,研究了基质配方对复羽叶栾树幼苗的影响,以期筛选复羽叶栾树生长的最佳栽培基质配方。结果表明:处理13(VS_A∶VS_C∶VS_D∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1.33∶1.33∶1.33∶1∶1)基质配比的各项物理性质指标均在复羽叶栾树适生范围内,化学性质指标均衡且较良好,试验的复羽叶栾树幼苗的株高、茎粗等各项形态特征和生物量指标也生长良好;其次较良好的基质配方还有处理1(VS_A∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=4∶1∶1)和处理12(VS_A∶VS_B∶VS_D∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1.33∶1.33∶1.33∶1∶1),较差的基质配方有处理14(VS_B∶VS_C∶VS_D∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1.33∶1.33∶1.33∶1∶1)和处理15(VS_A∶VS_B∶VS_C∶VS_D∶V蛭石∶V珍珠岩=1∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1);另外,处理13和其它试验基质配方的生产成本较低,均约为草炭成本的1/3;研究结果显示,处理13基质配方为复羽叶栾树最佳基质配方,可作为替代不可再生资源草炭的有机栽培基质。
Four kinds of maize coir, sugar cane bagasse, coconut fiber and peanut hull were used to ferment and maturate four resource-rich agricultural and forestry wastes in Guangdong western region respectively with 1: 1 disinfection chicken manure: SA (corn cob + chicken manure ), SB (bagasse + chicken manure), SC (coconut fiber + chicken manure) and SD (peanut hull + chicken manure). The matrix was designed by single center of gravity Inorganic matrix = 2: 1 volume ratio, the matured four kinds of matrix according to different volume ratio and inorganic matrix (V vermiculite: V perlite = 1: 1) were mixed into 15 cultivated matrix formulations; and brick red soil, Brick red soil + compound fertilizer, V peat: V vermiculite: V perlite = 4: 1: 1 3 groups as the control group, the physical and chemical properties of the matrix were measured and the growth of the seedlings of the seedlings under the different matrix formulations were comparatively analyzed. The effects of the formula on the seedlings of the Luan tree seedlings were studied in order to screen the best cultivation medium formula for the growth of the Luan tree. The results showed that all the indexes of physical properties of treatment 13 (VS_A: VS: C: VSD: V vermiculite: V perlite = 1.33:1.33:1.33:1:1) Chemical indicators of a balanced and good, the test of the seedlings of the seedlings of Coprinus coelia plant height, stem diameter and other morphological characteristics and biomass indicators also grow well; followed by a better matrix formulation and treatment 1 (VS_A:V vermiculite : V perlite = 4: 1: 1) and treatment 12 (VS_A: VSB: VSD: V vermiculite: V perlite = 1.33: 1.33: 1.33: 1: 1) : VS_C: VS_D: V vermiculite: V perlite = 1.33: 1.33: 1.33: 1: 1) and treatment 15 (VS_A: VS_B: VS_C: VS_D: V vermiculite: V perlite = : 1: 1). In addition, the production costs of treatment 13 and other test matrix formulations were lower, which were all about 1/3 of that of peat. The results showed that the treatment of 13 matrix formulation was the best matrix formulation As an alternative to renewable resources, peat charcoal organic cultivation substrate.
