位于长江口的启东是全国著名的中华绒螯蟹种苗繁育基地。中华绒螯蟹蟹苗小如针眼,其胚胎形成在海水,长成在淡水,育苗技术难度大,长期以来,由于河蟹育苗的饵料不过关,蟹苗培育成本高,成活率低。为此,江苏省农林厅研制成功了一种体长200微米～500微米,宽约5微米～10微米,形体呈螺旋状的微藻作为蟹苗开口饵料,并注册“赐百年”商标。
Qidong in the mouth of the Yangtze River is the famous breeding base for Chinese mitten crab. Eriocheir sinensis is as small as a needle eye, the embryo formed in the seawater, growing into freshwater, seedling technology is very difficult, for a long time, due to the river crab nurturing the food, however, the high cost of crab breeding, low survival rate. To this end, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry successfully developed a body length of 200 microns to 500 microns, width of 5 microns to 10 microns, the shape of the helical microalgae as a crab opening bait, and registered “give a hundred years” trademark.
