建造陕西省三河口水电站的一座抛物线型双曲面拱形主坝所需混凝土总量为150万m~3,为此在施工工地设置了1座HL320-2S4500L型强制式混凝土搅拌楼和1座HL240-4F3000L型自落式混凝土搅拌楼。这2座混凝土搅拌楼均可同时生产碾压混凝土、普通混凝土、常温混凝土、预冷混凝土,以满足复杂施工需要。保证其生产各种混凝土的质量,是将该主坝建造为精品工程的关键。本文针对HL320-2S4500L型强制式混凝土搅拌楼搅拌层卸料系统存在的问题,提出改进措施。
For the construction of a parabolic hyperboloid arch dam of Sanhekou Hydropower Station in Shaanxi Province, the total amount of concrete required is 1.5 million m 3. For this purpose, one HL320-2S4500L compulsory concrete mixing plant and one HL240 -4F3000L self-supporting concrete mixing tower. The two concrete mixing buildings can be simultaneously produced RCC, ordinary concrete, normal temperature concrete, pre-cooling concrete to meet the needs of complex construction. To ensure the quality of all kinds of concrete produced by it is the key to build the main dam into a quality project. In this paper, HL320-2S4500L forced concrete mixing plant mixing layer discharge system problems, propose improvements.
