本文通过调查问卷法、结合访谈法了解到青海省黄南州民族地区的信息技术教育现状,在培训反思的基础上,结合青海省教育的实际,参训教师素质、培训方式等几方面进行了初步分析与探究,试图从培训的必要性、培训中存在的问题出发,对民族地区中小学信息技术教师培训对策进行有益思考,以期对后期的培训提供可借鉴的经验与启示,使信息技术专任教师专业技能、教学水平都能得以更好的提高,从而促进青海民族地区教育信息化的发展。
