目的研究磁力矫治器产生静磁场对SD大鼠面颌肌细胞形态和超微结构的影响。方法本研究于2010年6月至2012年11月在昆明医学院口腔医学研究所完成。将SD大鼠面颌肌细胞加载磁场强度为971.77mT的静磁场,倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化,透射电镜观察细胞超微结构的改变。结果倒置显微镜观察细胞形态正常,细胞生长适应性良好;透射电镜观察细胞质游离核糖体、高尔基体、糖原、线粒体、粗面内质网和微丝均较发达。结论磁力矫治器模拟静磁场对细胞形态和细胞内部结构无损伤,其可产生促进细胞生长的生物学效应。
Objective To study the effect of static magnetic field generated by magnetic force appliance on the morphology and ultrastructure of facial mandibular muscle cells in SD rats. Methods The study was performed in Kunming Medical College Institute of Stomatology from June 2010 to November 2012. The facial muscle cells of SD rats were loaded with a static magnetic field of 971.77 mT, morphological changes were observed by inverted microscope, and ultrastructural changes were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results The inverted microscope was used to observe the morphology of the cells and the adaptability to cell growth. The cytoplasmic free ribosomes, Golgi bodies, glycogen, mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum and microfilaments were observed under transmission electron microscope. Conclusion Magnetic force simulator can simulate the static magnetic field on the cell morphology and cell structure without damage, which can produce the biological effects of promoting cell growth.
