将日本冲绳石垣岛的软珊瑚(Lobophytum pau-ciflorum Ehrenberg)用甲醇和丙酮依次提取,合并提取物,悬浮于水中,乙醚提取物经硅胶柱层析,正己洗-丙酮(20:1~1:1)以及甲醇洗脱。分别得流份5,6和8。再经硅胶柱层析,流份5用苯-乙酸乙酯(20:1然后到10:1)洗脱得无色片状结晶Ⅰ;6用苯-乙酸乙酯(5:1)洗脱得无色棒状结晶Ⅱ;8用硅胶高压液相层析,以氯仿-甲醇(20:1~10:1)洗脱等处理得到三个新多羟基
Lobophytum pauciflorum Ehrenberg in Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, Japan was extracted sequentially with methanol and acetone. The extracts were combined and suspended in water.
