[目的]提高4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂在水中的分散性能。[方法]以乳化剂、润湿分散剂、温度为影响因素,测定了不同因素下的粒径、电势、黏度,并比较了油悬浮剂在水中的分散性及悬浮率。[结果]乳化剂VO/02N与NP-10以5∶1的比例复配,分散剂GY-NDS添加量为1.5%制得的油悬浮剂在温度为35℃的水中的分散性能最好。[结论]选择适当的分散剂及乳化剂,以降低油悬浮剂的粒径及黏度,控制水的温度,可有效提高4%烟嘧磺隆油悬浮剂在水中的分散性能。
[Objective] To improve the dispersibility of 4% nicosulfuron oil suspending agent in water. [Method] With the influence of emulsifier, wetting and dispersing agent and temperature, the particle size, electric potential and viscosity under different factors were measured. The dispersibility and suspension rate of oil suspending agent in water were compared. [Result] The best dispersibility of emulsifier VO / 02N and NP-10 was 5:1, and the dispersant GY-NDS was 1.5%. [Conclusion] Choosing the proper dispersant and emulsifier to reduce the particle size and viscosity of the oil suspending agent and controlling the water temperature could effectively improve the dispersibility of 4% nicosulfuron oil suspending agent in water.
