Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of macrophages in bone marrow of patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and its relationship with lymphocytic infiltration. Methods 46 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma diagnosed bone marrow smear, macrophage count classification. Results Among the 46 cases, there were 28 cases of myeloid lymphocytic infiltration, 14 cases of infiltration of myeloid lymphoma (infiltrating group), 4 cases of lymphoma sarcoma leukemia (lymphoma leukemia group), the number of macrophages and hemophagocytic cells The number of groups varied, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Macrophages in the bone marrow of patients with lymphosarcoma leukemia are predominantly mononuclear, and the positive rate and intensity of iron staining of macrophages are reduced. Conclusion The number and morphological characteristics of macrophages have some correlation with the infiltration of bone marrow in lymphoma. Increased bone marrow macrophages in patients with lymphoma should be highly vigilant for the early infiltration of bone marrow in lymphoma.
