图书馆学科服务是以学科知识为基础,而通过学习来维系和提升读者关系已是学科服务保持竞争优势的重要源泉。以此,在分析图书馆学科服务与读者关系学习内涵的基础上,构建基于图书馆学科服务的读者关系学习研究框架,揭示其内在关联性,指出有必要重视读者关系学习对学科服务绩效产生的深远影响,并积极地实施读者关系学习,为学科服务在整个图书馆服务体系中树立品牌服务创造条件。
Library discipline service is based on subject knowledge, and through the study to maintain and enhance the relationship between readers has become an important source of discipline services to maintain competitive advantage.
