选用7个稻瘟病菌稳定菌株,将588个水稻品种划分为66个品种类群,为今后开展品种抗病性的基因分析提供了必要的条件。通过测试,提出15个抗多个生理小种的广谱抗性品种,这些良好抗源可作杂交亲本利用。本文研究并探明了主要水稻品种对稻瘟病的抗性谱,为有针对性的抗瘟育种、实现不同抗性基因的累加互补、有计划地培育多系品种和稳定持久的广谱抗性品种以及抗病良种在生产上的合理布局提供依据。
Seven stable strains of Magnaporthe grisea were selected to classify 588 rice cultivars into 66 cultivars, which provided the necessary conditions for genetic analysis of disease resistance in the future. Through testing, we proposed 15 broad-spectrum resistant varieties resistant to multiple physiological races, which can be used as hybrid parents. In this paper, the resistance spectrum of main rice varieties to rice blast was studied and proved. It is a targeted blast-resistant breeding, achieving the accumulation and complementarity of different resistance genes, and cultivating multi-line varieties and stable long-lasting broad-spectrum resistance Varieties and disease-resistant varieties in the production of a reasonable basis to provide the layout.
