我国大多数脉锡矿属硫化矿—锡石类型,或多或少含有磁性矿物,在其选矿流程中加进磁选有利于提高锡精矿指标。通过对广东省吉水门细微粒嵌布的锡铅锌矿选矿工艺流程的研究说明了这一点,全流程锡精矿品位比无磁选流程提高7.09%,锡回收率高1.31%。(一)矿石性质该矿石中主要氧化矿物有锡石、金红石、锐钛矿、磁铁矿、硬锰矿、假象赤铁矿、褐铁矿和黑钨矿等;主要硫化矿物为方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿(含量为8.38%)、白铁矿、毒砂、银黝铜矿和黄铜矿等,总量为23.72%;主要脉石矿物为石英、绿泥石、辉石、锆石、绿帘石和绢云母等硅酸盐矿物以及方解石和无定形碳质物。原矿含锡0.65%,其中89.64%为锡石,剩余
