随着国内600MW发电机组自动化项目的实施,以微处理器为基础的分散控制系统(DCS)在电厂中已广泛应用,热工自动化控制技术水平大大提高,实现了对汽轮机、锅炉的统一监控和管理。河曲发电厂的分散控制系统(DCS)由德国SIEMENS公司提供,采用TELEPERMXP(T-XP)系统,其控制水平已达到了目前60万机组的先进控制水平,尤其是T-XP系统在单元机组协调控制系统锅炉主控中的应用,实现了高精度自动控制,保证了锅炉的安全,提高了锅炉运行的经济性。从锅炉主控的功能实现、逻辑的特点、应用等方面来分析DCS系统在600MW机组锅炉主控组态中的应用。
