用电化学沉积的方法成功地制备出Co纳米线阵列 .通过在纳米线沉积过程中加磁场来影响其生长 .用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射和振动样品磁强计对样品的结构和磁性进行了测试分析 ,结果表明外磁场导致Co晶粒定向生长得到的纳米线阵列具有垂直磁各向异性 ,矫顽力和矩形比大大提高
The Co nanowire arrays were successfully prepared by electrochemical deposition.The growth was influenced by the addition of a magnetic field during the deposition of nanowires.The structures and magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometers The test results show that the external magnetic field leads to the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of the nanowire arrays grown by directional growth of Co grains, and the coercivity and squareness ratio are greatly increased
