在高压水射流设备履带行走装置原理分析的基础上,通过有限元分析软件分别在四工况(直线行走、上坡、下坡、平地转弯)下的运行情况进行了研究。得到各种工况下,履带的转矩以及运行速度曲线,理论与计算值相符,验证了结果的准确性。对比分析得出单边驱动转弯为履带行走装置的最恶劣工况,在实际工作中应避免出现该种工况。
Based on the principle analysis of high-pressure water jet equipment’s crawler traveling equipment, the operation of the high-pressure water jet equipment under four conditions (straight walking, uphill, downhill, flat turning) was studied by finite element analysis software. Obtained under various conditions, the track torque and operating speed curve, the theory and calculated values, verify the accuracy of the results. The comparative analysis shows that the unilateral driving curve is the worst working condition of the crawler walking device, and the actual working condition should be avoided.
