研究采用微波辅助法提取灵杆菌脂多糖的工艺。在比较灵杆菌脂多糖的传统提取方法与微波辅助提取法的基础上,采用单因素试验分别考察微波处理时间、微波处理功率、固液比、浸提时间对灵杆菌脂多糖提取效果的影响,并通过L9(34)正交试验,优化微波辅助提取BP-LPS的工艺参数。结果表明,微波辅助提取灵杆菌脂多糖的最佳工艺条件为:提取固液比1∶30,微波处理3 min,功率250 W,浸提60 min。在此条件下,灵杆菌脂多糖提取量最高达13.413 mg/g,相比传统提取方法提高99.4%,证明微波辅助提取是一种简便、高效的提取方法。
The microwave-assisted extraction of Lactobacillus lipopolysaccharide was studied. Based on the comparison of traditional extraction method and microwave assisted extraction method of Lactobacillus lipopolysaccharide, single factor experiments were conducted to investigate the influence of microwave treatment time, microwave treatment power, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction of lipopolysaccharide from Cephalosporium, Through orthogonal experiment L9 (34), the technological parameters of microwave assisted extraction of BP-LPS were optimized. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the microwave assisted extraction of lipopolysaccharide were: solid-liquid ratio 1:30, microwave treatment 3 min, power 250 W, and extraction for 60 min. Under this condition, the extraction of lipopolysaccharide from Rhizopus sp. Was up to 13.413 mg / g, which was 99.4% higher than the traditional extraction method, which proved that microwave-assisted extraction was a simple and efficient extraction method.
