日立三电控制系统采取了信息网、控制网、设备网三级通讯结构。传统的设备网不支持Profibus-DP网络通讯,无法与Profibus-DP接口的设备进行通讯。为了解决日立三电控制系统与Profibus-DP网络之间通讯的问题,国内某酸轧机组通过运用Anybus-M接口技术,开发主、从站通讯接口模块和编制通讯接口程序,建立了设备网与Profibus-DP网络的连接。重点阐述Profibus-DP网络应用技术的实施过程,该系统投入运行后,具有通信速度快、开放性好等优点,提高了网络的兼容性,这也是Profibus-DP网络在日立三电控制系统首次应用,对工程实践具有现实指导意义。
