介绍了液压伺服系统优化设计的概念、原理及计算方法 ,并用优化设计理论对液压缸载荷进行了详细计算 ,确定了液压缸尺寸及伺服阀流量。计算中考虑了乘客乘坐舒适性和陀螺仪的响应时间。此外 ,还计算了液压泵功率及蓄能器容积。这种方法可直接用于以后的实车设计。
The concept, principle and calculation method of hydraulic servo system optimization design are introduced. The hydraulic cylinder load is calculated in detail by using the theory of optimal design, and the size of hydraulic cylinder and the flow of servo valve are determined. The calculation takes into account the comfort of passengers and the response time of the gyroscope. In addition, the hydraulic pump power and accumulator volume are also calculated. This method can be used directly for the future of real car design.
