Atrial fibrillation (atrial fibrillation) is a common arrhythmia, clinical more common in rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy and other diseases. Coronary heart disease atrial fibrillation and cardiac function so far rarely reported. Ninety-five patients with diagnosed coronary heart disease were randomly selected from 19 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) with mean age of 61 ± 5.6 years, 20 patients with old myocardial infarction (OMI) with an average age of 57 ± 4.2 years and 56 patients with angina Or angina pectoris patients with arrhythmia (including two cases of sick sinus syndrome), with an average age of 58.2 ± 2.7 years. All patients were divided into two groups according to the presence or absence of atrial fibrillation: there were 25 cases (26.3%) with atrial fibrillation group, including 3 cases of MI; 70 cases (73.7%) without atrial fibrillation group, including MI36 cases. All patients according to the New York Heart Association grading criteria for cardiac function. Seven patients (28%) had cardiac function <2 in AF group, of which 2 were sick sinus syndrome, and those with cardiac function> 3 were 18
