目的:比较胰岛素治疗和口服降糖药物治疗对2型糖尿病患者骨代谢生化指标及骨密度的影响。方法:101例2型糖尿病患者,分为A、B两组,A组(56例)每日皮下注射胰岛素,B组(45例)口服降糖药物,两组患者已维持各自降糖方案时间≥3年。比较两种治疗方法对2型糖尿病患者骨代谢生化指标及骨密度的影响。结果:胰岛素治疗组Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端延长肽(TP1NP)低于口服药物组(P<0.05);转子内区(inter)、Ward三角以及髋部总体(TH)的骨密度值高于口服药物组(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素治疗可以改善骨代谢,保护2型糖尿病患者的骨密度。
Objective: To compare the effects of insulin therapy and oral hypoglycemic agents on biochemical markers of bone metabolism and bone mineral density in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: One hundred and eleven patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups: group A (56 cases), subcutaneous insulin (45 cases) and oral hypoglycemic agent (group B) ≥ 3 years. The effects of two treatments on biochemical markers of bone metabolism and bone mineral density in type 2 diabetic patients were compared. Results: The insulin-like procollagen type Ⅰ procollagen aminoterminal length extension peptide (TP1NP) was lower than that of the oral drug group (P <0.05). The BMD of the interneurons, Ward triangles and total hip (TH) Drug group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Insulin treatment can improve bone metabolism and protect bone mineral density in type 2 diabetic patients.
