以TW40钢结硬质合金为试验材料 ,研究了退火对其烧结坯组织及性能的影响。退火可以优化组织 ,提高其冲击韧性 ,从而提高其锻造性能和成品率 ,是稳定钢结硬质合金生产工艺不可缺少的重要工序。
The effect of annealing on the microstructure and properties of sintered billets was studied with TW40 steel bonded carbide as test material. Annealing can optimize the organization and improve its impact toughness, thereby improving its forging performance and yield, is an important and indispensable process of stabilizing the production process of steel bonded carbide.
