对经 - 196℃× 10min低温处理前后的Al2 O3·SiO2f/Al 10Si复合材料的断裂强度、伸长率、断裂韧度进行了研究。结果表明 ,由于复合材料纤维及基体残余应力的变化 ,处理后 ,复合材料的断裂强度有所降低 ,而伸长率及断裂韧度有大幅度提高。
The fracture strength, elongation and fracture toughness of Al 2 O 3 · SiO 2f / Al 10Si composites before and after low temperature treatment at -196 ℃ for 10min were studied. The results show that the fracture strength of the composites decreases and the elongation and fracture toughness increase significantly due to the residual stress of composite fibers and matrix.
