目前国内生物质颗粒燃料燃烧器的推广应用十分迅猛,但生物质颗粒燃烧器进料机构的研发不够重视,直接影响燃烧器性能的稳定与否、利用效率的高低及污染物排放量的大小。阐述了生物质颗粒不同进料方式及各自的特点,重点归纳了常见生物质颗粒进料防回火机构的类型和特点,分析了各自的优缺点,为颗粒燃烧器进料机构的合理设计研发提供参考。
At present, the popularization and application of biomass pellet fuel burner in China is very rapid. However, the research and development of biomass pellet burner feed mechanism is not paid enough attention, which has a direct impact on the stability of the burner performance, the utilization efficiency and the amount of pollutant discharge. The different feeding methods of biomass pellets and their respective characteristics were expounded. The types and characteristics of common biomass pellet feed back tempering mechanisms were summarized. Their respective advantages and disadvantages were analyzed, which were the reasonable design and research of the feeding mechanism of pellet burners for reference.
