目的 制备冻干甲型肝炎 腮腺炎联合疫苗。方法 采用L A 1株和S79株减毒株制备的甲型肝炎减毒活疫苗和腮腺炎活疫苗原液 ,按一定比例配比 ,加入适宜保护剂制备成冻干制剂 ,参照 2 0 0 0年版《中国生物制品规程》进行全面检定及稳定性试验。结果 两种抗原检定结果符合规程单价疫苗质量标准 ,37℃和 2～ 8℃放置不同时间稳定性良好 ,联合疫苗中两种抗原无干扰。结论 成功制备了冻干甲型肝炎 腮腺炎联合疫苗
Objective To prepare a freeze-dried hepatitis A mumps combined vaccine. Methods Live attenuated live attenuated Hepatitis A and Mumps vaccine prepared from attenuated strains LA 1 and S79 were prepared into lyophilized preparations according to a certain ratio and appropriate protective agent.
