[目的]了解广州市空气污染对心血管事件发生的影响。[方法]采集2006年8月~2007年10月广州市每日的心血管事件发生的资料(数据来自广州市急救医疗指挥中心)以及同期广州市每日空气污染数据(数据来自广东省气象局),对其进行相关分析。[结果]广州市心血管事件的发生与当天的二氧化硫、二氧化氮低度相关(OR值为0.138和0.142)。将心血管事件发病人数及污染指标按周合并(取一周当中的中位数)作相关分析,周急性心力衰竭的发生与二氧化氮和可吸入颗粒物低度相关(OR值为0.258和0.264)。[结论]广州市心血管事件的发生与空气污染只有低度相关性。
[Objective] To understand the impact of air pollution on cardiovascular events in Guangzhou. [Methods] Data of daily cardiovascular events (data from Guangzhou emergency medical command center) and daily air pollution data of Guangzhou City from August 2006 to October 2007 were collected (data from Guangdong Meteorological Bureau ), Its correlation analysis. [Results] The incidence of cardiovascular events in Guangzhou was correlated with the low levels of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen dioxide on that day (OR = 0.138 and 0.142). The incidence of cardiovascular events and pollution indicators by weekly merger (taking the median during the week) as a correlation analysis, the occurrence of acute heart failure and low levels of nitrogen dioxide and respirable particulate matter (OR = 0.258 and 0.264) . [Conclusion] The occurrence of cardiovascular events in Guangzhou is only a low correlation with air pollution.
