目的探讨卫生信息管理专业(病案管理方向)高职毕业生就业特征。方法收集首都医科大学2005届至2014届卫生信息管理专业(病案管理方向)高职毕业生就业信息并进行分析。结果 2005届至2014届的437名毕业生,男女比为1:1.70,生源主要来自北京市的远郊区县。年就业率均为100%,就业于公立医院410人(93.82%)、民营医院13人(2.97%)、其他性质单位14人(3.2%);男女生就业单位类别构成比经检验差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。就业于公立医院的410人中,包括48家三级医院324人(79.02%)、36家二级医院75人(18.29%)、11家一级医院11人(2.68%)。主要分配在医院的病案统计科从事病案管理相关工作。结论毕业生就业主要集中在北京地区公立综合医院、就业医院级别较高、男女生就业无显著差别。
Objective To discuss the employment characteristics of higher vocational college graduates in health information management specialty (medical record management direction). Methods The information on employment of higher vocational college graduates from 2005 to 2014 in Capital Medical University was collected and analyzed. Results 437 graduates from 2005 to 2014 had a male to female ratio of 1: 1.70. The students mainly came from suburbs and counties in Beijing. Employment rate was 100% in public hospitals, 410 in public hospitals (93.82%), 13 in private hospitals (2.97%) and 14 in other institutions (3.2%). There was no statistic difference between male and female employment units Significance (P> 0.05). Among the 410 people employed in public hospitals, there are 324 people (79.02%) in 48 tertiary hospitals, 75 (18.29%) in 36 secondary hospitals and 11 (2.68%) in 11 primary hospitals. The main distribution in the hospital’s medical record department engaged in case management related work. Conclusion Graduate employment is mainly concentrated in public hospitals in Beijing. Employment hospitals are at a higher level. There is no significant difference between boys and girls in employment.
