介绍了西门子通信模块CP340与温度巡检仪的ASCII码通信方法,提出了只用一块CP340模块轮询多块温度巡检仪的方案,并给出了应用实例。矿用主通风机电机温度监控的现场实际应用表明,提出的方案能够实现对风机的电机温度、电参数、开关柜状态等的远程监测和控制,不仅降低了成本,而且使系统更加简洁有效,方便了电机温控系统的现场应用与维护。
The communication method between ASCII code of Siemens CP340 and temperature logger is introduced, and a scheme of polling multiple temperature loggers with only one CP340 module is proposed. The application example is also given. The actual application of mine main ventilator motor temperature monitoring shows that the proposed scheme can realize the remote monitoring and control of fan motor temperature, electrical parameters and switchgear status, which not only reduces the cost but also makes the system more concise and effective, Convenient motor temperature control system on-site application and maintenance.
