改善现代和远景机车的牵引驱动装置具有很重要的现实意义。一方面,合理的结构选定可从本质上提高机车运用效率,获得最佳的牵引特性参数;另一方面可极大地提高目前在机车运用中易损部件的工作可靠性和耐久性。研究了一系列牵引驱动装置的结构、技术和工艺方案,比较并指出了这些驱动装置的优缺点及其改善途径,分析了考虑到机车发展前景的新结构系统。
It is very important to improve the traction drive of modern and long-distance locomotives. On the one hand, reasonable structure selection can essentially improve the efficiency of locomotive operation and obtain the best traction characteristic parameters; on the other hand, the reliability and durability of the vulnerable components currently used in locomotives are greatly enhanced. The structure, technology and process scheme of a series of traction drives are studied. The advantages and disadvantages of these drives and their amelioration are compared and pointed out. The new structure system considering the development of locomotive is analyzed.
