目的观察脑出血时血浆和脑脊液内皮素(ET)的变化规律及紫外线照射自血回输治疗对其的影响。方法采用放免技术对54例脑出血患者血浆和脑脊液中ET水平进行动态观察。结果病程5天内血浆和脑脊液ET明显高于脑动脉硬化症组及正常对照组(P<0.01),病程28~30天血浆和脑脊液ET低于发病5天内,仍高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。用光量子血治疗+传统治疗组血浆和脑脊液中ET低于单纯传统治疗组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论说明光量子血疗法能有效抑制ET合成及释放。
Objective To observe the changes of plasma and cerebrospinal fluid endothelin (ET) in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and the effects of UV irradiation and blood transfusion on them. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the ET level in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid in 54 patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Results ET in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) within 5 days was significantly higher than that of cerebral arteriosclerosis group and normal control group (P <0.01). ET in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid of 28-30 days duration was lower than that of onset within 5 days and still higher than that of normal control group P <0.01). ET in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid was lower in the treatment group than in the conventional treatment group (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Conclusions Quantum blood therapy can effectively inhibit ET synthesis and release.
